Our 'Calvary Chapel Cafe' is open today from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Stop in for a cup of coffee (and maybe a piece of homemade sweets) at our church facility here at 5195 S. Washington Ave., have some fellowship, browse the resource center or library, relax, and read a book or have a quiet time with the Lord.
Bill Cureton, Alex Nunez, and Larry Sumlin will be on hand to greet you and help you feel at home. (It's not an actual 'cafe' per se (hey, that rhymes!), but we have great coffee and a fridge.
rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.
(Rom 12:12-13)
But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "LOVE WILL COVER A MULTITUDE OF SINS."
(1Pe 4:7-8)
It's kind of interesting that prayer and hospitality go together, isn't it? Come on by, have a cup of coffee, and let us pray with you.
Yours in Him,
Pastor B.
