Did you ever stop to think that God, our creator, is big on physical signs? After destroying the earth with water He put a rainbow in the sky as a reminder of His covenant with Noah never to destroy the earth with water again. From the pillar of fire to lead the Israelites in the wilderness to the tongues of fire to show His presence on the church (Acts 2). From the washing of the whole frame in water (i.e., water immersion, or baptism) as a preparation for the Old Testament priesthood (Ex.29:4), to immersion in water as preparation into the New Testament priesthood (Acts 2:38, Heb. 10:24)
let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
(Heb 10:22-23)
Jesus said miracles are even to show God's glory (John 9:3, 11:4).
All that to say that your Heavenly Father has a habit of manifesting Himself in our very physical world, since He created us with eyes, ears, touch, smell, and taste. So keep your eyes and ears on alert, or you may miss some of the awesome ways He is showing Himself to you.
